OAT Baby Club is currently only online. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Western Cape, South Africa.

Your purchase on OAT Baby Club is only for your personal use. By purchasing on OAT Baby Club’s store, you agree not to resell or distribute such products for any commercial purposes. We may reject or cancel an order if we have reason to believe that your order is not for your personal use.

A pre-order is item(s) not immediately available in our store. They are either being sorted at our warehouse or still in production when ordered.

Payment is required at the time of the purchase. The total amount of the order will be charged once at checkout.

The advantage of buying an item in pre-order is that you can guarantee the item(s) you want without risking that they run out as soon as they are available in store. Requests for certain items can be multiple. For this reason, their availability can run out even before they are physically available in stock.

Yes, your pre-order and in-stock items will ship together when the pre-order items are available. Please place a separate order if you would like the in-stock items to ship now.

Pre-orders can be canceled by emailing us at info@oatbaby.club within 24 hours from the purchase. Pre-orders cannot be canceled thereafter, we will offer you store credit.

Pre-orders are non-refundable, we do offer you store credit which can be used towards any products in the boutique.

You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

OAT Baby Club is in no way responsible for any delays in shipping, packages tracked delivered but not received, nor the arrival of your order at the wrong location due to an incorrect delivery address.

- All orders are shipped using courier services, we cannot ship to a PO Box address.

- We aim to have your order processed and shipped within 2 business days.

- You will receive a tracking number once your order is processed.

- We offer free shipping on all orders over R1,200 in South Africa. All prices are in ZAR, including VAT where applicable.

- We ship from the Western Cape and our current estimated delivery times are 3-5 business days within South Africa.

If you are returning an item that was damaged upon receipt, or have received the wrong item, please notify us within five (5) business days of delivery by email with a description and images of the issue to info@oatbaby.club

We'll gladly accept your eligible return items within five (5) business days from the delivery date for refund or store credit, provided that your item(s) is unworn, unused, and still has its original tags attached and is in its original packaging. Any goods that have been damaged or altered from their original condition are not eligible for return.

Exclusions:

- Products from Oli&Carol, Natruba and HEVEA, are non-refundable. These items are hygiene products, for the safety of our clients we cannot accept returns.

- Pre-order items are non-refundable, we can issue store credit.

- Products marked Final Sale are non-refundable.

- Gift cards are non-refundable.

Return delivery costs must be covered by the customer. Please keep tracking information for your parcel, as we are not responsible for any parcels in transit. We cannot process a return without physical goods or proof of delivery. We aim to process returns within five (5) business days of your order arriving back to us.

Order cancellations must be made within twenty-four (24) hours after the order is placed. A full refund will be issued on a canceled order if the order has not processed and shipped.

We also reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any orders at our discretion.

OAT Baby Club’s store credit will never expire and can be used towards any products that we offer. We will send you a unique code that you can enter at checkout to subtract the store credit value from your order total.

International shipping is calculated at checkout. If your country does not reflect at checkout, please contact us: info@oatbaby.club

All international orders are final. We aim to have your goodies to you as soon as we can but please understand that when goods are sent out it is out of our control how fast they arrive.

We ship with Fedex, you will receive a tracking number once your order is processed. Customers will be responsible for all customs tax and import duties that are levied by their respective countries.
