MATERIALS USED Poplar dowels are low-density hardwood with low bending, shock resistance, stiffness, and compression values, with a medium steam-bending classification. They have excellent strength and stability. Canvas is a plain-woven fabric typically made out of cotton and, to a lesser extent, linen. Canvas fabric is known for being durable, sturdy, and heavy-duty.
